No returns or refunds on lashes or lip cosmetics.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, if you are located in the Lake County, IL area your order can be picked up or dropped of at no additional cost. Please select local pickup/drop-off instead or standard shipping option.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed the same day if placed before 7pm CST and usually ships within 2-4 days (domestic). Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information. Shipping is $5 flat rate or free with orders over $20.
